Notes from Feria Consulting 25/1/2021:

We advise that this policy must take a restriction position or it will actively, albeit inadvertently, encourage development in the parish. The whole plan needs a balance of restrictive and permissive policies but within each policy statement, it should take once stance or another. In this case, we strongly recommend it takes a restrictive stance.

A document listing all the important views will be produced.
